Dec 3, 2008 - The First Mate was caught drunk multiply times at the helm and many people are actually kicked off the crew because they spoke out against some of the actions and incidences (Including those that boarded the Japanese vessel. The second Mate served as Watsons mouth peice because Watson did not want to order anything illegal himself but would still critisize the crew. He is also the only one allowed to stay and would later be the first Mate arrested in Canadian waters

Dec 4, 2008 - Sea "Shepherd" are cowardly terrorists. Paul Watson should be thrown in prison for endangering the lives of not only the Japanese fishermen, but of his naive 'crew' of unexperienced kids looking for a father figure and a cause to get wrapped up in.

Dec 13, 2008 - The Captain, first, and second mate are always telling everyone to risk their lives for the mission but i dont see them doing it. The rest of the crew are all just pawns in the captains little game. I'm glad a lot of the members of the 1st crew actually stood up for themselves and got out while they could.
