Used my Canon 40d to capture every 5 seconds for a few hours. It was on a tripod and I used a fisheye lens attachment. I then used JPGVideo to put it together and Vegas to make the final product. It was sharpened 10% in Vegas before outputting as .wmv.

I used my Canon40D, tripod and Canon remote capture program to take a picture every 2 minutes of salt crystals growing in amonia and water. It took about two days to complete.
